Owned by the Somerset Wildlife Trust. The landscape has been shaped by centuries of lead mining leaving worked out mineral veins or ‘rakes’ and uneven (‘gruffy’) ground.

Ubley Warren is close to the Charterhouse Outdoor Activity Centre and situated off a minor road that links the B3134 south of Blagdon with the B3371 northwest of Priddy.
There is parking for a few cars on the roadside at ST 503 554. Alternatively, you can park in the parking area down the lane beside Charterhouse Centre (ST 502 557).
